Head Barista

Location: EY

Rate of pay: £35,000 per annum

Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00-15:00

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage barista staff, ensuring they are trained in coffee preparation, customer service, and operational standards. Provide guidance and support for team development
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, creating a welcoming environment, and building rapport with regular customers 
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing duties, cash handling, scheduling and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols#

Previous experience working as a Head Barista is essential
