Kitchen Porter

We are excited to announce that we are recruiting a Kitchen Porter to join the Vacherin/Premier Crew Team. This role involves supporting our 100 contracts located across Zones 1 to 3 in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Porter seeking casual, flexible work. We offer a variety of shifts from Monday to Friday, with an immediate start!

Location: Central London (Zones 1 to 3)
Rate of pay: £14.73 per hour including holiday! - Two weekly pay
Working pattern: Flexible - Monday to Friday - Must be available to work 32 to 40 hours a week.

Please note you must have a valid visa that permits working over 20 hours a week. 

Key responsibilities

• Receive deliveries from suppliers with necessary monitoring of quality and food safety.
• Rapid dispersal of deliveries to appropriate stores or work areas/chefs
• Transfer of waste to the correct external waste bins
• Cleaning of pots, pans and utensils
• Operating the dishwashing machine as instructed
• General cleaning of walls, floors and food preparation services
• Periodic cleaning of cooking equipment and similar
• Assist the chef(s) in basic food preparation of vegetables and salad items
• Work in an efficient manner
