Sous Chef

 Location: Booker Magor

Rate of pay: £31,284 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7 Sunday - Thursday 

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with provision and preparation of quality seasonal food ,whilst maintaining all standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety.
• Assisting Chef manager with management of the kitchen & the kitchen team and Staff Rotas
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Adehering to  budgetary Targets /Daily & weekly finance & Stocktakes
• Responsible for management of operation of service on days to cover chef Manager 
• Flexibile attitude to ensure all service requirements are met.
