Chef Manager - Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager at BCG Wycombe (Buck College).

Location: Buckinghamshire College Group

Rate of pay: £25,536 per annum. £14 per hour. 40 hours per week, term time. Annual weeks working 45.6. Dbs required.

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities

• managing the unit 
• costings, gp, stock take,unit finances.
• preparing and cooking menu items,
• customer service
• staff training
• cash management
