Location: Catlin Group (Catering Services)
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour
Working pattern: Monday to Friday - 40h per week
You will be:
- Able to work unsupervised and manage your schedule
- Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of customers and the management team
- A great team player with exceptional communication skills
- Have a good eye for detail
- Have great organisational skills
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that all vending machines are cleaned and filled and are ready for service at all times, and that all vending food service areas are clean, attractive and tidily presented.
- Where necessary place all required disposables and condiments into the machines for the customer’s use.
- Ensure that that readings and stock movements for each machine are accurately recorded.
- Complete all requested records and documentation accurately and clearly.
- Liaise with the General Manager on all faults and service delivery issues daily ensuring that offline machines are serviced and available for customers to use as quickly as possible.
- Report any losses of stock to the General Manager.
- Keep service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the CH&CO standards.
- Clean and wash up equipment, kitchen and service areas as necessary to comply with cleaning schedules.
- Support the Cafe and Restaurant team when necessary as per business needs.
