Barista

Here at Company of Cooks, we operate all restaurants, bars, events and staff catering at the Southbank Centre. We are excited to be recruiting for a Barista to be part the team. Ballroom Café is located in the heart of the Southbank Centre, right in the middle of London’s cultural scene. We serve up delicious espresso-based drinks made with ethically sourced specialty beans and homemade deli bakes. We’re all about great coffee, food and even better customer service.

Location: Southbank Centre
Rate of Pay: From £14.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days, 40 hours per week, day and evening shifts

Key responsibilities

• Craft delicious coffee and beverages rapidly with consistency and care.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a smile.
• Keep our space clean, organised, and inviting.
• Work closely with the team to create a positive and fun work environment.
• Maintain attention to detail, ensuring quality in every cup and every plate.

Previous Barista experience is essential
