Head Kitchen Porter

Location: Jane Street Capital
Rate of pay: £15.00 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (7:00-15:30 or 9:00-17:30)

The Head Kitchen Porter is responsible for smooth and consistent operation in the pot wash area, kitchen and customer service areas. This is by ensuring:

• Supervising Kitchen Porters team and being responsible for quality of work
• Responsible for Health and Safety and COSSH regulations being followed at all times
• Making the weekly rota for porters on request of the senior management
• Dish wash, pot wash and kitchen cleaning responsibly
• Holiday management for the team
• Tracking cleaning supplies and ordering them accordingly.

Previous experience managing Kitchen Porters is essential
