Assistant Manager

We are excited to be recruiting for a Manager based at Wisley.

Location: Wisley Gardens
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days, 40 hours per week between 8:00am-19:00

Key responsibilities

• To ensure full catering services are provided as agreed within the client contract and in line with the demand of the business
• To ensure HACCP and allergen information along with other relevant documentation is legally compliant
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Provide clear direction and support to staff, ensuring they understand their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
• Ensure staffing levels are appropriately managed, recruiting and onboarding new team members when required
• Work closely with the GM to ensure all financial targets set by the client and company are met, maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Support stock control processes, ensuring correct ordering, minimising waste, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to balance cost and availability
