Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor at Ops: Workplace OL MS.

Location: Overheads - Service Now
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7:30-15:30 (Occasional late if an Event is on)

Key responsibilities

• To supervise the day-to-day hospitality team and ensure all hospitality areas are ready for all events
• Ensure all client hospitality is delivered to the correct standard and look to up sell to increase revenue where possible
• Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
• To be responsible for the management, recruitment, development and training of team members
• Completing daily and weekly bookwork and reports
• Daily and Weekly stock taking and ordering
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the modern kitchen and front of house environment
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
