Café Manager

Location: CBRE

Rate of pay: £38,000 per annum + 1.5 overtime

Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Key responsibilities

• Overseeing the hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and update menu offerings
• Ensuring exceptional customer experiences and addressing customer concerns.
• Taking a hands-on approach during peak breakfast and lunch service hours
• Upholding high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment
• Conducting regular checks to maintain a safe working environment
• Providing input on promotions, events, and strategies to enhance visibility
