Due to exciting growth plans we are excited to be recruiting for a EMEA Contracts Manager to work with us across our Gather and Gather International business. This is a brand new position and exciting time to join.
Location: Remote and flexible working either UK or ROI Based with regular International required
Rate of pay: Competitive
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
The EMEA Contracts Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of clients across EMEA region to ensure that the service and operation is delivered in line with Gather & Gather International standards, the client’s expectations and achieving all set financial targets and budgets. To assist the Strategic Growth Director EMEA to achieve further growth in the market working with existing client across UK&I to expand our business.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Relationship Management
• Be key point of contact from our EMEA clients, develop and sustain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders
• Conduct appropriate business review meetings with relevant clients to ensure that all targets, objectives and service level agreements are being met
• Actively gain customer feedback when present at any service and to use the information to improve the offering at any given site.
Food and Service Development
• Work with the G&G’s Operations and ‘in country service partners’ to ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered to the highest standards and in line with G&G food values
• Review the service and food provided in all sites and to provide feedback to the site management team and ensure that necessary changes are implemented.
Finance
• Create all annual budgets for each site and review these with Strategic growth Directors & Finance Director for sign off.
• Ensure all sites achieve the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget.
• Supported by the Strategic Growth Director as necessary produce financial reports where necessary ensuring all details can be explained and outlining any necessary action that has been taken and present to the client through the review process
Managing our supply partners
• Responsible for monthly review with each food partner across EMEA
• Manage and develop the relationship by providing timely feedback and effective performance management
• Assist the supply partner in managing their teams and to coach and assist in this as appropriate.
• Identify the training needs with each supply partner and work with relevant parties in G&G to ensure these needs are met
Sales
• Utilise contacts and personal profile to attract new business to G&G
• To represent G&G as necessary at sales presentations
Mobilisation
• Involved as directed in overseeing the mobilisation of all new sites
Project Management
• To deliver allocated projects within the set timescales by creating detailed plans and outcomes and involving all relevant parties
