Chef Manager Monday-Friday

Location: Womble Bond Dickinson
Rate of pay: £45,000 per annum + Performance related bonus
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:00-15:30

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including overseeing a Hospitality Assistant and Supervisor, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards in food production for up to 80 covers
• Handle all stock management responsibilities, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations and cost control
• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality dishes, including sandwiches, fine dining, and canapés, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional presentation
• Manage all paperwork related to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations, including maintaining records for compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work autonomously, including performing duties typically assigned to a Kitchen Porter, ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised, and all equipment is maintained to high standards
• Maintaining regular communication with the client on a daily basis
